• Please be advised that if your personal items are damaged, lost, or you are injured in any way, it will not be covered by insurance and will be your sole responsibility.
• Please note that the transfers are arranged 45 minutes before your chosen departure time, so please stay ready at all times.
• Make sure you give them the appropriate WhatsApp number for communicating with them at pick-up time.

• Kindly note that injury to participants resulting from buggies or ATVs will be their responsibility and not the authorities or operators.
• The transfer timing can change by an hour earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon, as it is the summer season. If changes are required, they will be notified to the guests.

1. Cancellation 12 to 24 hours before booking is subject to a 50% refund.
2. If a cancellation is made within 12 hours of tawhe booking, there are 100% cancellation charges.
3. In case of cancelling the booking within 24 hours prior to the set time, a full refund will be given.
