- Shared transfers are not included with the ticket. You can opt for public transport or a private transfer from us.
- Wear smart party attire. Avoid beachwear, swimwear or revealing outfits.
- Kindly arrive 30 to 40 minutes before boarding for a smooth check-in.
- Your private pickup time might change slightly depending on your location and the traffic conditions in that area.
- Road closures are common in Dubai on NYE after 4 pm. So transfers may be delayed by 30 to 60 minutes in your area depending on the traffic.
- The yacht sticks to a strict schedule and will depart right on time. We cannot hold the vessel for late arrivals.
- Anyone arriving after the yacht departs is considered a no-show and won’t get a refund.
- The onboard buffet caters to everyone. It includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Separate washrooms for men and women on the yacht.
- If weather conditions are not suitable – the sailing route or departure location may change as instructed by the authorities.

- Once confirmed, your booking is final.
- A 100% charge will be applied to cancellations made after booking.
- We will issue a full refund if the activity is cancelled on our end due to unavailability.

- The organizer is not responsible for travel, hotel, or other personal expenses.
- Guests will be informed of any cancellations or schedule changes as early as possible.
- The organizer’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
