• Emirates ID or Passport will be required for guests – to arrive for the activity.
• Clothing for the New Year celebration can be whatever the guest chooses – but indecent clothing should not be worn.
• Due to busy New Year’s Eve traffic – everyone will have to be at the pick-up/boarding point before the time.
• Outside food and drink in the cruise will be prohibited.
• Guardians will oversee and care for their children – throughout the activity.
• Seating will be available based on ticket category booked – regular seating or VIP seating.
• No transfers will be available on New Year’s Eve. Transfers are available for hire at extra cost – or guests can use public transport.

• Your QR ticket has clearly stated boarding locations and sailing times. The cruise has a strict schedule – guests must arrive on time. There is NO refund for late arrival or no show.
• It is recommended that guests make their travel arrangements in advance – as traffic may be heavy on New Year’s Eve.
• Cruises offer a variety of food and drink.
• While mainly for adults – sometimes babies and children are welcome.
• Dress Code: Smart & Elegant — dress to impress.
• Guests are to stay on their assigned deck – based on your reserved ticket. Access areas will be marked with wristbands.
• VIP ticket holders are given table seating with a seat number – that is reserved by the Onboard Supervisor – based on the booking time and group size.

• Vessel Details: Rose Royale – 165′ luxury mega yacht.
• Activity Duration: Around 4.5 hours.
• Cruise Time: 9:30 pm to 2:00 am.
• Boarding Time: 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Departure Location: Below Pier 7, Dubai Marina.

• Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• After confirming – there are no cancellations or rescheduling allowed.

• Kids over 11 years old are charged the adult rate.
• Children under the age of 3 are welcome to the cruise party for free.

Please be aware that the organiser has the right to cancel the cruise / charter – in the event that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Worst of weather or sea conditions:

The organiser or Captain holds the discretion to cancel, reschedule or delay the sailing – if weather and/or sea conditions are poor or unsafe conditions.

• Technical/Operational Issues

If the organizer has reason to believe that the cruise will not be conducted safely due to mechanical issues, safety concerns or other operational issues – the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking.

• Requirements Not Met, Only If Applicable

A minimum number of participants may be required for the New Year Cruise. The organiser reserves the right to cancel – if the required number is not achieved by the given date.

• Force Majeure Events

If any event occurs outside the control of the organizer – such as natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemic or a major emergency – may cause the event to be cancelled with no fault of the organizer.

• No Additional Compensation

The organizer will only refund the booking fee – paid by the customer.

The organizer will not be responsible for additional expenses (travel, accommodation, third-party booking etc).

Guests will be informed via email, SMS/phone or the booking platform, as quickly as possible – that was provided to make the reservation.

• Liability Limitation

The organizer is only responsible for the return of the charter fee paid by the guests. The organiser is not liable for any weather conditions or any scheduled experiences not provided – due to unforeseen circumstances including fireworks.
