2. Technical and operational reasons

The organizer may cancel the cruise – if there are unexpected technical issues, maintenance requirements, or safety-related concerns.

3. Minimum guest requirement not met

A minimum number of bookings is required for the cruise to operate. If the required capacity is not met on the activity day – the organizer may cancel the event.

4. Force Majeure events

The cruise may be cancelled due to situations outside the organizer’s control. These may include government restrictions, public emergencies, or similar events.

5. Refund policy

If the organizer cancels the cruise – guests will receive a refund of the booking amount. Other personal expenses will not be covered.

6. Liability limitations

The organizer’s responsibility is limited to the refund of the booking amount. Changes caused by weather conditions, route modifications, government instructions, or limited fireworks visibility are beyond the organizer’s control.
