General
Explore Dubai Tours serves as a booking agent for a number of Dubai-based tour companies and service providers. All reservations are contingent upon our partners’ confirmation and availability.
If necessary because of operational, weather, safety, or supplier-related concerns, we reserve the right to change, cancel, or reschedule any tour or service. We will provide a different date or a complete refund in such circumstances.
Booking & Payment
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Confirmation is sent via email once the booking is successfully processed.
- All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If Explore Dubai Tours is unable to confirm or operate a booked tour, you will receive a full refund within 7 working days.
- Customer No-Show: If you fail to arrive or join the tour at the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.
- Late Arrivals or Missed Transfers: We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or personal circumstances.
- Customer Cancellations: Some tours may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the supplier’s policy.
Changes by Us
In rare situations (such as bad weather, maintenance, or unforeseen local restrictions), tours may be rescheduled or modified for your safety and comfort.
If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Responsibility
- Explore Dubai Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or actions of third-party suppliers.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, health, and travel requirements before joining any tour.
Travel Insurance
We recommend all travelers purchase suitable travel or health insurance before participating in any activities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
