• If your location faces heavy traffic or unexpected closures during the transfers, you are requested to cooperate with the person in charge and arrange a common point for the pickup.
• The transfer timing may be altered by 30 to 60 minutes because of traffic conditions at your location.
• Everyone is requested to carry warm clothes to stay comfortable if the night gets chilly.
• There is no dress code, so feel free to dress up to your best. However, kindly note that revealing clothes should not be worn as a respect to their culture.
• Whoever arrives late or misses the boarding time they are considered a no-show and hence there are no refunds.
