Shared transfers are only available from old Dubai- Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Downtown, Trade Center, and Satwa.
However, if you book shared transfers from new Dubai areas, then you will be asked to pay extra charges. The areas are Business Bay, Al Barsha, JBR, JLT, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and Jumeirah 1,2, & 3.
Kindly note that the transfer timings can change or vary from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the traffic.
There is no compensation if any attraction is closed or inaccessible for its own reasons. The operator is not responsible for it.
If you are visiting a religious site, please wear modest attire that covers your shoulders and knees.
The seating arrangements are done based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 24 hours of the tour are eligible for a refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are liable to pay 100% cancellation charges.
If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive it within 7 to 14 business days.

Child Policy

Kids three years and below are free to join the tour but must have an adult with a valid booking confirmation.
Child rate tickets are available for kids between 3 and 10 years old.
